Please help me!!!!! 7100i problem

I need to know if there is a way to change the number of times my phone rings on my end. I need more than 3 rings!! I have the Blackberry 7100i. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks in advance. Also, I have set my phone to only ring, no vibrate whatsoever but it still vibrates and rings when I get a call and when emails come in, what is the problem?

Call Nextel and have them extend the rings before going to voicemail.

I'm willing to bet that the profile was simply set to vibrate and ring when its in the holster, the standard, out of box setting--all that she needed was most likely to change that setting....I could be wrong though.....
