Importing Autotext from another application

Can you import autotext from another application such as Excel, Word or Notepad. If our organization's BB users could share their autotext file it would save us a great deal of time.

Well you can back up an autotext from a phone and selectively restore it on another phone.

I do not think it is possible to do it any other way.
