Loading OS onto my BB

Yes i have looked at the FAQ but i do not understand could someone tell me step by step on how to install in?

Trent, here I've copied the three steps to upgrading your device. Why don't you ask here what step it is that you don't understand and need assistance in performing:

1. Download the new OS file you want to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded. (Vista users be sure to right click on the .exe file and select "Run As Adminstrator.")
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

its all good now i worked it out i got my phone back
