i can receive text messages and emails. But when i reply to an email, there is no available "send" option. Please help. I could do this on the curve

Are you on BIS or BES?

Is this happening with one account or all?

If on BIS, resend your service books:

It sounds like you don't have a Blackberry data plan, or as if AT&T doesn't have your account properly provisioned.

Assuming you do indeed have an authentic Blackberry data plan from AT&T, the first step is to pull the battery out while the Bold is on. This forces a reset but doesn't lose your info. This procedure fixes more little glitches than anything else.

Like jsconyers said, resending the service books is also a great troubleshooting step.

If he is receiving email, I would imagine he has the correct data plan.

The battery pull may work as well. I've seen others that reported this issue as well and resending their service books was the resolution for them.

I've seen that on BES alot of times.

Options->Enterprise Activation

Does it say activated on xxxxx date?
