blackberry media manager- cant access my media card!

Hi,
I may be in the wrong area... and I'm really new here but does anyone know how i can access my media card from the desktop manager? Before I upgraded to os v. 4.5.0.81 my media card and everything in it showed up.. so it was easy to transfer my pictures, and now it doesnt!

Please help if you know :) and HI ALL!!! :cry:

Go into Options > Media Card and enable Mass Storage Mode.

i did that, and it still doesnt do anything :/
