My Bold will not email pics. At first i thought I was having general email issues BUT NO. I ahve reset the email, resent the service books, spent hours on the phone with tech support, I have even spoken to BB. It does not matter what size the photo is or where it comes from. I have adjusted the default saving size. It won't email pics that were taken by the phone itself. I am at a loss. ANYONE???

May be you have to upgrade the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to software version 4.1 Service Pack 2 or later, since support for large attachments or attachments that are in their native format has been introduced in that version.(y)

What does that call for. I am not on a BES, and the phone is running 4.6 software, Is that what your talking about ???

When you say "email" are you meaning using the MMS? I know with AT&T there is a restriction. I had to set my Bold down to the lowest setting to get it to send. If you are sending through actual email, then there should not be an issue as I have sent some emails with multiple pictures without issue.

No I am sure I am using Email not MMS. I am sending them using the "blackberry" email address

What happens if you try another email address?

I just used my Bold to email a pic stored on the device using my att.blackberry.net address. I'm on AT&T and using OS 4.6.0.185, with BIS unlimited. The email went through immediately and was received without delay. This was the pic:

It's 14.3 KB and 332 X 425 in size. Stored on my media card.

Hmmm... Never used the BlackBerry email before so I can't offer any assistance. I will try it though and see if I have any issues.

When I attempt to send a pic it just shows that it is trying to send it and nothing ever happens

Did it work? Also it was mentioned previously to try another email address providing you have one.

Well, my experience:

1- Picture attached, emailing from my blackberry address to my hotmail address: didn’t work.
2- Power Point attached, from my blackberry address to my hotmail address: did work.
3- Picture attached, emailing from my gmail address to my hotmail address: did work.
4- Picture attached, emailing from my hotmail address to my blackberry address: did work.

Conclusions:

1- I wasn’t able to send a picture from my blackberry address.
2- I have to much time to spare.
3- I have to many email addresses.
