Vibrating Emails

I would like to set my Verizon World Edition 8830 to vibrate while out of the holster when getting emails.

I tweaked the following feature Profile Icon - Advanced - Normal (active) - Messenger (new message) - Out of holster set to "vibrate".

I have the lastest 4.5 handheld software. I have pulled the battery and reset it but it still does not work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Messenger is for BBM, You want to edit Messages[name@<hidden>] with the settings you want.

BBM = BlackBerry Messenger

You need to set the alert settings for the item listed with your email address.
