Lag-Time on 7100i

Sometimes when I'm composing an email or MMS there's a big "Lag-Time" when pressing the keys. sometimes it may take several seconds to see a letter that I've pressed. Is this normal?

I have not had that problem, sorry.

i have not had that problem either. try rebooting the device (pull the battery, replace it and see how it works). also, if you surf the net a lot, clear the cache (open up the browser, go to options>cache operations>content cache [clear].

It also can come from too many messages/emails that you've received. Even though you may have already set your options to clear every 15 days or so, it can get mighty cluttered. Delete those messages (along with what zuluberries suggested) and that should take care of the problem.
