Can I transfer apps?

My wife and I both have Curves. I have some themes and apps I downloaded (free themes and apps) that she would like on her Curve. How can I transfer them to her phone?

You're much better off simply downloading new copies of the apps/themes directly to her BlackBerry. It shouldn't take any more time than trying to transfer them.
