I suggest you do a little more investigation before needlessly flaming someone. This link comes directly off of www.blackberry.com. Maybe they use a third party to host promotional websites.

too bad us Canadians don't get them.

It loks legit to me. Check out what the PDF says when you are going to sign it:
"By completing and submitting the information requested to the fulfillment entities or its affiliates, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by the fulfillment entities to third parties
