One of our user's is using BES and Entourage 2004 with our Exchange 2003 Server. Occasionally mail that he checks on his Blackberry never makes it to Entourage. It's not that the mail shows up as viewed on Entourage -- it never shows up at all. It only happens intermittently and I'm not able to discern a pattern to its not showing. He has no rules set either in Entourage, BES or OWA. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
