Blackberry 8120 suddenly turns off

hi all,
my bB8120 turns off suddenly wthout touching nothing, it happens me a couple of times every two or three days. it's a problem of the dispositive or a problem of the operative system? it happens to anyone more? please help!

Have you tried pulling the battery for about 30 seconds, with the device powered on?
