HELP, Password keeper message problem!

When I put in the correct password in my password keeper application, a message pops up "Created on 6/9/2006 (Possibly 8/9/2008, can't read the very top of message) is protected by an old password. Please enter the old password to the convert the entry." I'm the only owner, and there there is no other password, prior to mine. Can anyone please help me, to many passwords and user names etc. to lose. Help :)))))))

Whenever I upgrade my os, my bb does this to me too, I just put in the current password (which is the only password I've used for the pk) and it opens up just fine...I've never figured out which entry is the one that causes this...never happens again until I ugpgrade the os...

I have tried that, but it says "incorrect password. Please rty again by enerteing the old password to convert entry." Driving me crazy :((((

You're out of luck. I don't know what you did, or what happened. I've seen same message and I enter the same password I've always been using.
