MSN Messenger data Usage

Did anyone note on device log (alt+LGLG) that MSN Live Messenger keep sending and receiving data [TXst and RXcd] permanently, and make your battery warmer

I have WLM and have checked the log and have nothing WLM related
im not signed in or running it.
