Sorry to start another new thread; I couldn't change the title of the last one. Separate issue anyway.
Downloaded Desktop Manager 4.6 from the Rogers website, about 94MB.
When I try to install, it unzips the folder, the installation wizard starts and then hangs with this message:
The wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Desktop Manager could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again."
I selected to install over the existing installation of BB Desktop Manager by the way.
