Only receive sent emails

I have a 7100g from Cingular. I've had it for about a month.

Suddenly, I only receive my sent message on my BlackBerry.

All sent emails appear on my handheld but all received emails only get to my normal Outlook account and not my Blackberry.

Have a corporate BES service.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

BTW, I tried to search for different phrases and the words were too common so I am not sure if this has already been discussed.
