Compatible Screens?

Hey All,
Does anyone know if the screens from a 7280 and a 7290 are the same? I have a 7280 with a good screen and thingking of buying a 7290 with a busted screen. Are they the same size and will they fit each other. Thanks

I would be careful ... I thought all 7290 screens were compatible (until my recent transplant went awry.
