Newest upgrade for 8330 4.5

I upgraded and now I have no contacts, docs to go or another 3rd party app I am using. Any suggestions as to what happened. I assume I will have to download everything. Biggest problem is the contacts...will a sync take care of this? Thanks. MB

If you have a backup you can get ur apps back, a sync should get ur contacts back...when ever you do a upgrade you have to reinstall ur info/apps
