Lotus Domino BES installation

A Client of us, got an installation file of RIM to download.

When he executes the file ( BESN_4[1].0.2.exe => 123 MB) is there just the attachement manager and the blackberry router. Is this enough for the installation?

What has he also to do to install the server?

The user needs Dominio installed on the same server they are installing the BES. The installation will detect if Domino is installed or not. If it does not find it then it will only give you the options that do not require Domino to already be installed.

so, my clients lotus server is not correctly installed?

Probably. Make sure they have NOT install Notes on the server, only Domnio. Check and make sure there is only 1 copy of the Notes.ini. Also confirm the Domino/Data Directory is in the Path under the Windows Environment Variables.
