View Full Version : Issue with the warranty sticker

I replaced the outer aluminum casing on my bold and didn't realize there is a sticker on it. Its only 5 months old and the speaker stopped working. Now they tell me that without the warranty sticker they won't repair or replace it. Any ideas?

You can purchase the speaker and replace it yourself. W/o that sticker you are hosed and they now know it wasn't there so even if you get a sticker they will deny the warranty

I also need to know this. I sent for a warranty replacement and didnt realize that the person who owned the BB before me had opened it. The water stickers are still good since it was never exposed, but its been opened. any ideas of what I can do so that I dont have to pay them $500 restocking fee?
