OK I have a weird issue here, and am at my wits end......

ONe of my collegues moved one of my users to a different mailbox store (Exchange 2003) and since then the users BB (8120) lost its connection to the BES.

I wiped the handset, recreated the users bes account and tried a wired activation but nothing works. I had the phone replaced thinking it was a hardware issue but the replacement doesn't work either.

I migrated the mailbox back to the original store, and the user does not have any problems sending/receiving emails. The RIM email does arrive to his mailbox but does not get deleted/removed.

All my other users approx 140 do not have any problems what so ever.

Any ideas?
