The IM doesn"t work it gets stuck at 20% on AIM. I tried the deleting books thing then changing the route thingy. I download the verichat that doesn't want to connect. I so feel like tossing this out the window. I just bought it today and haven"t been able to have fun with it. So how can I just reset the phone just like it was out of the box. I just need a fresh start. Thanks

first... take a deep breath.
second... it will take you a few hours and days to get used to the blackberry and tweak it.
goto settings... security settings.. tls and make it set to handheld.
i would stay away from the built in client or verichat and go with the latest yak-on beta. works great!

try setting your tcp/ip settings for wap.voicestream.com and try verichat again you don't need a username or pass.
