when I click the message icon on the home page, which messages it displayed? cuz it's not the SMS inbox, can I change it to "SMS inbox"?

It displays all the messages (emails, PINs, SMS/MMS). If you want to separate things, go to Messages > General Options > SMS and Email Inboxes > choose Separate
