Customize the activation message

I know you can add the lookup code for name, password and password expiry but can you also include the email address?

no, the users email. for it to enter the users email taken from AD rather than putting in default text of 'enter your corporate email address'. Have had some issues where users put in their alias which is not what BES had picked up from AD when the user was created.

No, this isn't a variable that can be used.

Can you customize the e-mail that's send from the BES with the activation password? For example if you want to include instructions and such in with the e-mail.

Taken from the Admin Guide:

1. In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click BlackBerry Domain.
2. On the Global tab, click Edit Properties.
3. Click General.
4. In the Administration section, double-click Custom Activation Email Message.
5. Type the parameters, subject, and message.
6. Click OK.
