Hi, i use to change bold to curve, then curve to bold. After i switch my sim to different blackberry, i login to att bis's site, and it will ask me to change device. But Now it doesn't ask me anymore, i have to manually enter PIN and IMEI in order to change different blackberry. Is there anything that i can do to make the BIS's site to ask me change device after i switch to different blackberry. or do u think it would help if i call my carrier to reset my bis?

I don't see a real issue here. You still have to enter the info no matter what. Calling the carrier would do nothing IMHO.

When did this change occur? There was an upgrade to BIS 2.7 a few weeks ago. That might be the issue.

I myself have never been promoted to change device and always must put in IMEI and PIN. I aswell see no problem.
