Reconciliation PROBLEMS

Hi,

I have a Blackberry Curve on BES/Exchange/Outlook and have the following reconciliation problem and wondering if its be design or something with my setup.

I reconcile all mail folders not just the Inbox and Sent Items.

If i send an email and then file it straight away from the Sent Items into a folder it never reconciles with the Blackberry. Pretty sure nothing wrong with my setup and by design it just doesn't work. If so, that's pretty bad...

Thoughts appreciated.....

Not following your workflow. Are you using your deleted folder to file messages?

Do a search on my name I've written up many reconcile workflows and how it should work once properly configured.

Thanks for the reply. I had a look at your last posts but cannot find anything relevant.

The problem is rather annoying, so help appreciated;

I send a mesage in Outlook and then once sent, file the message from the 'Sent Items' folder to a folder in my mailbox but the message never gets onto the blackberry. If i wait say ten minutes before moving from the 'Sent Items' folder then its ok but if you do it straight away it never reconciles....
