One more irritating item about this phone, tried to perform a search. Incoming calls do not turn on the display. Is there somewhere the menu setup to change this. It would be nice to be able to just look at the phone to see who is calling without hitting a button.

Have you tried a battery pull. It should turn the light on.

My biggest gripe is the failure to sync with outlook 2007 as mentioned in my other post

If u have a data plan, you can just add the account to the BIS email
