View Full Version : Getting "Transaction Id already queued for package ###" message in POLC log

Hello All,

When I am trying to push an application from BES to BB device, I am getting
"Transaction Id already queued for package ###" in POLC log file on BES.

I check all the possible option to get it resolved, but not having much success with it yet.

I also referred to this KB article (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04221&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=121092066&stateId=1%200%20121086617).

But, in all the cases, the suggested queries for solutions returns no result.

Even, I tried to delete all the entries from the ITAdminQueue table.
Also, tried to restart BB Policy Service.
But, not having much success with any of the above approach.

Also, one more thing I was able to push the same application from BES couple of days back with DEFAULT policy set. But, when I removed the app and applied some CUSTOM policy, it is not working. Even now I tried to push the application with DEFAULT policy setting but still I am getting the same Issue.

I also tried to push another application from BES, but result is same.

Any idea, what may be going wrong here?

My issue is resolved.

Issue was, the BB user had removed the SIM card from the device.
