The phone has HH OS v4.0.2.49 and NO SIM card.

BBLight
I will also include the 7100T ProClip device holder.
Everything is in great shape. I have had the phone since August 2005.
I would say the phone is a 9 out of 10. It took a short fall one day when I was exiting the car and has a small war wound on it on the backside (see pic attached). The screen has no major scratches, just normal in and out of holster wear and tear.
