8700v password disabling problem

I have a 8700v and works ok but when I try to disable password going through settings security password I highlight and it wont show disable only shows enabled Ive tried everything else Can anybody please help Thanks in advance

Do you have a red lock symbol next to the password section?

And is your device connected to a company BlackBerry server?

Use JL_Cmder v1.9.1 and use the factory default option, This will remove the red padlock and allow you to disable it.

....unless the device is activated on a corporate BES, then the padlock will come right back after the device is activated again.

Thanks for advice as for red padlock no there isnt one I can enter password and it works but just cannot disable it. As for is it on a server not as I know of only had it 2 weeks purchased of my mate who upgrade.

When I download the JL_cmdr it just dissappears. What do I do after I download it. Windows Vista IE 8 or Mozilla. Thanks, I need detailed help please.
