faulty BB 8900 :/

i've got a problem with my bb 8900 (i bought it 3 weeks ago): by some reason ( i *don't* know why), yesterday it get broken (i haven't touch it yesterday, it was all day between my bed and wall) - the flash light is lighting all the time - even when i'm not doing any photo and even on daylight. i took battery of, when i put it back in, flash light start lighting (before OS get loaded).
I know for 100% that neither me, neither anyone else touch it yesterday (i.e. anyone could brake it), it had no contact with water and other liquids.
Did anyone had similar problem? if yes, was it solved before sending it back on warranty?

This is an easy one. Return it immediately. Run to the store. The device still may have received moisture even if indicator is not showing.

Hmm, how interesting that there is a post just a few posts down from this one about someone who just recently had their 8900 stolen. Makes me wonder if this "faulty one" being auctioned might be hers!
