Copied from the suretype thread

Word of warning, make sure you load the legal, medical and/or financial dictionaries on to the handheld. Came from a 7510 to a 7520 to 7100i. First two days were not fun but then got used to typing message without looking at screen. Then had to fix numerous errors. Benefit was much better emails. Then loaded on the all additional dictionaries (I am a medical director of a laser company). Huge difference. Knew my words and really could fly. Not sure I would ever go back but without the additional dictionaries would probably be back on the 7520.

Where does one find the additional dictionaries? I am in the medical field too and this would probably help!

I have had both the 7510 and 7520 and wanted the 7100 for the novelty factor (it really is not as "solid" as the 7520 and the new software has a few bugs). Suretype was a pain for the first few days but once you get the hang of it it is almost faster or can be faster than typing out the whole word. I would have no problem with either type of BB now. I am wondering if and when RIM will release a full keyboard device that has a suretype option - then again that may be even more of a software nightmare.

App loader to load latest 7100i handheld software. Look carefully. You will see the unchecked dictionaries.
