Bb Calls..!

Hey there,
I have a problem since I bought my bb, when i receive a call, sometimes it shows me the name and the assigned ringtone for that person, and most of the times it just shows me the number with the regular ringtone.
It does that for all my calls.. my friend is facing the same problem, she just bought her cellphone.. any help...:?:bb:

I would try a master wipe of the phone and try again of course back up your phone first with BBDM

Thanx JSanders, I did what it said, but I went back to my messages and some messages came out to me in #s not in names, :oops:

Then you need to check all of those settings again.

Otherwise, you need to check the way you have your numbers entered in the Address Book.
