My Bold is used with my company so my primary email is in Lotus with Enterprise server, can I sync my contacts to Outlook without any issues?

Assuming that you are on BES, it depends on what the IT Policy allows. Have you asked the BES Admin that question?

Yes I am on BES, no I have not asked, our folks there are not very knowledgeable about anything other then setting the phone up with lotus

Just figured it out, I sync my contacts to my Google account then synced to Outlook and worked perfectly

How do you do this? Step by Step please! I have contacts in Blackberry but not in Lotus Notes.
