I am currently waiting for the new 7130e coming to Telus and want to know if when using OWA in the Blackberry Internet Service whether it is possible to change the retrieval interval. All Blackberry support documentation and other threads I've seen state that it is fixed at 15 minutes retrieval intervals. This is big problem when trying to emulate as close as possible a real time push e-mail environment.
One other question, does the OWA access in the Blackberry Internet Service also save Sent Items to the Exchange server?
Without either of these, it doesn't appear OWA is as seamless as RIM would make it seem.
