Well, when I insert my SIM Card, its say insert SIM CArd....

could be becuase the phone isn't unlocked to use on the network that your sim is with. I.e you need to unlock the phone for it to work with your network provider

Two other possibilities:

1. The SIM is bad and you need a new one.

2. You are inserting it incorrectly.

I would tend to go with it not being unlocked and therefore unusable with your carrier.
