I have an 8350i and when I receive text messages, I can't tell who they are from. Help!

I think this is the limitation of the network. I have some NEXTEL/TELUS MiKE 8350is and I have the same problem. I was told that it was a provider limitation and that text's were not fully supported (I have no idea why / if that is even possible...)

Can someone confirm this?
