Automatically Reconcile Now

I have a user that has a 7100G and he says that his device used to automatically synchronize with his Exchange account (on a BES 3.6 server) wirelessly. I told him that after every change (reads, deletes, or moves) he makes on his BlackBerry, you have to do a RECONCILE NOW on the device to have the changes take effect on the desktop. He claims that he never had to do that before.

Is there a setting that you can set so that the BlackBerry automatically reconciles? Say every hour or so?

Well, that was a silly thing to say.

He claims that he never had to do that before.
And he's probably correct.

Yes.
Messages >> Options >> Email Reconciliation >> Wireless Reconcile = On
