Unknown Incoming Calls

I just reactivated my VZ 8830WE and dropped BES for BIS. For some reason all of my incoming calls display Unknown Caller despite my address book containing the contact. This seems very odd. Any thoughts?

Call vzw back and make sure they have caller id enabled on your device. I had it happen with my phone once, i changed the package, and for whatever reason, they took caller id off.
