Charging

When I plug my phone up the charging icon comes on and stays on ande the light flashes....But when I turn it on the battery is still in the same place. It's like it says it's charging but it's not....What shpuld i do?

Have tried another wall outlet?

Have you tried another charger?

Have you tried charging using the PC?

Did you do a battery pull on the BB to see if that made a difference?
