syncing notes app to the cloud??

hi folks
I am looking for some way to sync my notes to online.

i would ideally like to sync my simple native notes app to somewhere readily accessible - am really liking google sync on my curve 8900 but I wish it supported notes!

I don't particularly want an overly cumbersome notes application (although am about to give ideamatrix a trial) in fact I want something extremely simple like the native app and I want something free...

i want something where I can edit notes without my data connection turned on - I like to keep my data connection off and then turn it on when I want to sync my calendar and contacts with my google account, and I'd like to manage my notes in the same way

any thoughts/suggestions?

Take a look at RexWireless' IdeaMatrix (http://rexwireless.com/individuals-imx.php). it's pricy but worth every nicklel.

I am giving that a try and yes it is nearly there buut I find it a bit clunky compared with the native memopad although afaics it does let you edit notes offline and then sync'em later when you turn on your data connection which is nice
But still its not quite right!
