Unable to Back up Data

i'm trying to back up the data on my berry and every time i select the back up or advanced "save as" option the desktop manager suddenly closes! i've cleared the cache memory, completed a repair of the DM and my last resort is to uninstall and reinstall the manager but i'd thought i'd try here first...please help :(

Yep, reinstall DM. Also, what version of DM are you using because backup does not work in 5.0 for some reason. You should downgrade to 4.7 or 4.6.
