Email Problem on new 7130

I just picked up my new 7130. Everything is working well, however I have done my enterprise activation twice(I am on a hosted BES) and my email folders(subfolders of my outlook inbox) show up on my 7130, but the folders are empty. Each folder on the server has about 20 emails each in them.

How do I get the emails to populate my folders?

I am a newbie myself, but you didn't mentioned whether or not you sync'ed using the Desktop Software yet? I had to do this before anything started working.

I never do Sync on the desktop. I never did with my 7250. I did read an old thread that says that only the folders would be reconciled, not the old emails. Can anybody confirm this?
