Clean out old app data

I have a 9530 with Verizon. I'm looking for a way to clean out my old data from apps that I have installed, configured, and then uninstalled. I know that they take up some memory and would like to clean them out without having to wipe the phone and reinstall the app I want again. Does anyone know a way to do that?

Options > Advanced Options > Applications. From there you can delete specific applications.

It may just be Options > Applications. Not sure how it is on the Storm.

I guess I wasn't clear. I know how to uninstall an app just fine. When an app is uninstalled, the configuration data is left behind and takes up memory. I wanted to know if there was a way to clean this data out without having to wipe the phone.
