View Full Version : Desktop manager not syncing storm with Outlook...Help?!

I just installed windows 7 64 bit on my machine and after reinstalling DM it wont sync my storm 9530 with outlook. It pops up the sync progress bar for about 2 seconds, then it disappears and nothing has been synced to outlook. Has anyone else encountered this? Is DM not compatible with Windows 7 or something?

What version of DM are you running?

I use Win 7 32 bit and DM v5.0 works fine with an 8820.

are you sure the sync is configured correctly?

Go to your control panel and re-do your outlook profile. Just this basic reset may fix the problem.
