Hi there,
I am using the Blackberry Curve 8300. I often sync my phone to my PC using Microsoft Outlook 2007. But every time I do this, all the groups in my phone become empty, whereas beforehand there were hundreds of contacts in each of them. This has become very frustrating. It seems that Outlook treats each group like it's just a single contact.
It's very important to me to back up ALL my data, but do I really have to choose between backing up my data, or losing all my group info? If there's a way to get around this, could somebody please help me out? I would greatly appreciate it.
