We have recently upgraded our BES to 4.0 It seems since doing so that messages that have been read on the blackberry are, within an hour or so, reverting to unread.
This is happening on a mixture of handsets, with a mixture of desktop software and a mixture of handheld software. The BES is running on windows 2000 server and we are running domino 6.0.1CF3.
There is the possibility that upgrading is a red herring and the problem lies with space on the windows server as we are struggling at the moment and only currently have 350Mb free on C:
Any help or suggestions would be hugely appreciated as the natives are getting restless.
