I need help. I have a user who complained that even when he unchecked the disable email redirection to handheld while in cradle that he does not get mail on the blackberry while in cradle.
So i looked on the server and found that the check mark was checked for disable email redirection to handheld and I unchecked it.
Then i looked at the desktop and found that it was checked again there. Where ever I uncheck or check it seems to do the opposite. Can anyone help....plz!!!!
