new to blackberries
so...am trying to understand the sd card option
If I understand it correctly it's not by model it's by software version to determine which size of sd card to get?
I'm operating on 4.7.1.57 platform 4.1.0.70
so can I put 16G in? can I go bigger?
what can a person use the sd card for other than pics or ringtones...
wondering about contacts or calendar etc

also, haven't set up wifi, but understand that it can be done... can I sync using wifi? (had a palm lifedrive before)

4.6 and above (4.6.1, 4.7, 4.7.1, 5.0) can support upto a 32GB card.
Though they don't seem to be released yet.

A Media card and be used for music, pictures, videos, documents.
Nothing else i.e. sms, calendar, contacts etc.

Depends what you want to sync with.

The 9630 doesn't have WiFi.
