removing 7100g case

How do you remove the back case on a 7100g. I have taken out the two screws on the bottom back and removed the battery lid. It pulls apart at the bottom and on the sides but is stuck on the top. Is there more screws on the top or is it just hard to pull apart??

There are two screws under the chrome plate at the top above the speaker on the back.
